By visiting our site and/or purchasing entry to a competition, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional terms referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the site or use our services.
Section 1 — About Us
The Comp Club is an independent prize competition platform and is a trading name of LUXE COMPETITIONS LIMITED (Company No. 17133158), registered in England and Wales. We offer entrants the chance to win luxury items—including designer handbags, Rolex watches, tech, and more—through skill-based competitions. All draws are conducted via a secure, verified random number generator. A portion of profits is donated to charity after select competitions.
The Comp Club is operated by Luxe Competitions Limited, 27a Maxwell Road, Northwood, England, HA6 2XY.
Section 2 — Eligibility
By using this site and entering competitions, you confirm that:
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You are not in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in such competitions.
It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before entering any draw.
Section 3 — International Entrants
The Comp Club is a trading name of LUXE COMPETITIONS LIMITED (Company No. 17133158), a business registered and operating in the United Kingdom. Our offices, operations, draws, and prize fulfilment processes are based in the UK and conducted in accordance with UK law.
Access from Outside the UK: Our website may be accessed by individuals aged 18 or over from outside the United Kingdom only where participation in prize competitions is lawful in their country of residence.
The Comp Club does not advertise, market, or actively promote its competitions in jurisdictions where participation is prohibited or restricted by local law. It is the sole responsibility of each entrant to ensure that entry into our competitions is lawful in their country or territory.
Winners Located Outside the United Kingdom: If a competition winner is based outside the UK, The Comp Club will contact the winner directly to agree the most appropriate and practical fulfilment method. Available options may include the winner travelling to the UK to collect the prize, a nominated UK-based representative collecting on their behalf, insured international delivery, or Luxe Raffles arranging delivery in person.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes: Where a prize is shipped internationally, The Comp Club will cover the cost of postage and insurance to any destination worldwide. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or handling charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Cash Alternative: Where offered, winners may choose a cash alternative instead of prize delivery. Any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or international transfer costs imposed by third parties may be borne by the recipient depending on the payment method used.
Section 4 — Competition Rules
Each competition has its own rules, as stated on the individual product page.
• Competitions may be capped at a maximum number of entries.
• All competitions include a skill-based question that must be answered correctly.
• Any entries submitted without a valid and correct answer may be disqualified.
• Winners are chosen at random using a verified and compliant random number generator. See our FAQs for full details.
Section 5 — Refunds & Cancellations
All entry fees are non-refundable, except in the event a competition is cancelled or your payment was not successfully processed. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be withdrawn, cancelled, or exchanged.
Section 6 — Charity Support
The Comp Club regularly donates a portion of proceeds to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity. We are not a charity or fundraising platform. Donations will be transparently published on our social media channels following relevant draws.
Section 7 — Privacy & Data Security
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only use your data to process entries, payments, and customer communications. We never sell or share personal information with third parties without consent. By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of your information in line with these practices.

Section 12 — Free Postal Entry
The Comp Club operates exclusively as a skill-based prize competition under Section 14 of the Gambling Act 2005. Under this classification, operators are not required to offer a free postal entry route. The skill element present in each competition is designed to meet the legal threshold required to prevent a significant proportion of entrants from participating or winning on the basis of chance alone, removing the requirement for an alternative free entry route under UK law.
Due to the nature of our competition model — which features low ticket odds, higher prize values, and a guaranteed winner regardless of total tickets sold — offering a free postal entry route is not operationally viable. The prize fund is underwritten at the point of competition launch and the economics of the model cannot absorb unrestricted free entry at scale.
The Comp Club does however regularly run separate free entry competitions, which require no purchase whatsoever. Full details of any active free entry competitions are available on their individual competition pages on our website.
